What Krooz says it offers

The provider claims “+30000” live channels and “+50.000” movies and TV shows, in 4K, FHD, HD and SD, with “%99.99 uptime”. Our earlier version of this review quoted 16,000 and 27,000 channels, so the provider’s own number has changed or was never consistent. We did not count channels or measure uptime. Treat these as marketing figures.

What we could not verify

  • Channel and VOD counts, picture quality, buffering and uptime.
  • How the free trial works and whether it needs a payment method.
  • Whether the 7-day refund is honoured, and on what conditions.

Cons and risks

  • Licensing is unverified. The site does not say who licenses the channels and films it lists. In many countries, watching streams from an unlicensed source can break the law or the broadcaster’s terms. You are responsible for what you use.
  • Changing claims and domain. The channel count and the website address have both changed since our first review.
  • Support claims do not match. The site promises both “24/7 support” and a reply “within 24 hours”.
  • No own app, so you need to set up a third-party player yourself.

Before you pay

  1. Use the 24-hour trial first, at the time of day you actually watch.
  2. Read the Terms and Cancellation Policy, and screenshot the refund promise.
  3. Buy one month first, not a year.
  4. Pay by a method with buyer protection, not one you cannot reverse.

Verdict

Krooz TV’s prices are in the usual range for this kind of service, and unlike some providers it publishes policy pages and a refund promise. We cannot confirm its content, quality or licensing, and its own numbers have shifted. Start with the trial and one month before committing.
